Revolutionary functionality

Nothing enables an online service to have revolutionary functionality like utilizing the next generation of web. Not only is Document GPS the first application that can keep your documents protected unlike any other, it also has features that buttress this service and empower the best in you.

Firstly, there is an array of permissions you can set for each of your recipients: whether or not they can share it with anybody else, and whether or not they can download it. In any case, whatever you allow them to do, you have the ability to track each event.

Furthermore, after giving them access to your files, you can revoke their access anytime too, once you decide their access has become more of a liability than an asset. In addition, the Document GPS extension situates itself inside your email, enabling the same level of ease and convenience as when attaching any regular file. While this extension is within your email, email providers are not able to monitor any of the things you share within the confines of your Document GPS extension. Lastly, there is a tool to organize your documents into folders, labeled Envelopes. By categorizing your documents into these envelopes, you will save time rummaging for them, thereby being able to share them to others with more efficiency.

Requesting Information From Clients

Requesting information from clients interested in doing any form of business with you, or from anybody for that matter, is now not only a secure process, but also an effortless process with Document GPS. You can request any information to be sent in private through a link, without your recipients needing to do anything else. All files uploaded through this link are tokenized and encrypted immediately. As easy and secure of a process as any other, there can be no reason your recipients will hesitate to share anything they should. This simple process is all that is needed to spark the exchange of vital files.

Often, files they share may need to include sensitive information such as their SSN, passwords, driver’s license, financial statements, and more that they may not fully trust you with. Document GPS is the remedy for this. In the event they have any objections to sharing anything, they have the ability to privately message you through your link before they share anything. In addition, they can control whether you, the requester have the ability to share or download anything of theirs or not. This rids any fear it will get into the wrong hands of others. If they allow you to share or download, they can always track who you share it with and when you download it. They also can get rid of your access to their files whenever they choose.
